How do I refill my spray or roll-on?

Sprays and roll-ons refill the same way: Rinse your empty bottle with water and let it dry completely. Shake the refill bottle or pouch so the ingredients are evenly mixed. Pour it into your bottle until it's nearly full. Do this over a sink: the natural salts can mark some surfaces. Screw the spray cap or roll-on head back on tightly.
