The team at salt of the earth tried to make up for a misunderstanding regarding communication and refunded me my order as part of a taxes mishap when shipping internationally. “Pros: It lasts for around about 10 months with daily use. It really works. It really lasts all day. It continued to work in hot and humid countries. It is natural. No white marks. Cons: My sensitive skin can still feel irritated by it sometimes. As you get towards the end, the crystal begins chipping off, this can scratch the skin and then hurt. It is very sore on broken skin. Dropping it leads to rough patches, running it under water helps, but it does diminish the life of the deodorant. There are mixed messages about the alum - although I'm assured that because this alum is not absorbed into the body, it is fine. I was very sceptical when I first tried it. I've now been wearing it for years. I switched to natural deodorants about 6-7 years ago. I tried a few different brands and found my sensitive skin reacted to a lot of them. I started making my own, but it's time consuming and I didn't manage to perfect a recipe. Salt of the Earth crystal deodorant has been fantastic. ”
