How long does a crystal deodorant last for?

We estimate usage will be as follows for our Salt of the Earth Classic 90g deodorant: Light use lasts up to 18 months. Based on two swipes per armpit per day. Average use lasts up to 12 months. Based on 3 swipes per armpit per day. Heavy use lasts up to 3 months. Based on 4 swipes, twice per day. *This information is for guidance purposes only. Individual usage may vary. Always dry the crystal after use as this significantly increases its lifespan.

Do you offer refills?

We do not offer refills for our crystal deodorant because we have a plastic free option. We think this is the best option if you are looking to reduce your plastic usage. If you would like a refillable deodorant we do offer refills for our natural deodorant sprays, roll-ons and sticks.

How do deodorant crystals work?

How do I make my crystal deodorant last longer?

Crystal deodorants are soluble in water. When you apply them you need to use water, however applying too much water can make them reduce in size a lot quicker. We recommend applying them to damp skin after a bath or shower and drying them after use. This reduces the crystals contact with water and makes them last a lot longer.
