“Fabulous customer service”

I wasn't keen on the orange scented deodorant and contacted the company to return it for a refund. They bent over backwards to help, sending me an unscented roll on to ensure it wasn't the base i objected to, then sending a replacement of all i had bought in the new flavour - sandal wood which was lovely - and telling me to donate the original order or pass it on. My daughter loves the deodorant (and she isn't the easiest to please) and finds it really effective and likes the scent. Thank you so much
