If you've been following us for a while, you'll know we made our debut at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna last year – and what a ride that was. Bus strikes, power outages, sore feet, and more international connections than we could shake a deodorant stick at. Well, we loved it so much that we're heading back to Italy for round two!
For those new to the party, Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is the world's leading B2B beauty trade show. Now in its 57th edition, this annual event at Bologna Fiera brings together over 3,000 exhibiting companies from 65 countries and attracts more than 255,000 beauty industry professionals from over 150 countries. It's the place where manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and beauty professionals come together to discover the latest innovations, build partnerships, and spot emerging trends in the cosmetics and personal care industry. The show has been running since 1967, so it's been at this longer than we have – and that's saying something for a brand that's been around since 1993.

We're proud to be part of the UK Pavilion again this year, which hosts more than 40 British companies representing the best of UK beauty and personal care. The UK cosmetics industry contributed £15.9 billion to GDP in 2024, and with UK beauty exports reaching £4.3 billion that same year, there's no better place to fly the flag for British-made natural deodorants than on the world stage in Bologna.
Last year was our first time exhibiting at a European trade show, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation (even with the logistical adventures). We met distributors, retailers, and beauty professionals from around the world who were genuinely excited about our range of natural deodorants. The interest in our refillable systems and the breadth of our product formats took many visitors by surprise – turns out, not everyone knew you could get natural deodorants in quite so many shapes and sizes.
Since last year's show, we've had plenty to celebrate. We were honoured to receive the King's Award for Enterprise – International Trade 2025, bringing our total award count to an impressive 66. We've also achieved B Corp certification, joining a global community of businesses meeting high standards of social and environmental performance. So we're returning to Bologna with even more to talk about.

We've been pioneers in refillable deodorant packaging since 2013, long before refills became a wider industry talking point. Our refillable systems for sprays, roll-ons, and sticks help reduce packaging waste – and save our customers money in the process.
In an industry where "natural" can mean almost anything, our certifications speak louder than marketing claims. Our entire UK-manufactured range (with the exception of our crystal deodorants) is certified to the COSMOS Natural standard by the Soil Association. This means every product has been independently verified to contain 100% natural origin ingredients, with no parabens, phthalates, or synthetic fragrances.

We're a family-run business and we manufacture all of our deodorants (except the crystal range) right here in our factory in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire. Thomas has been running the company since 2008, after his mum Sally purchased the business in 2005, with dad Stuart continuing to advise on strategy. It's still very much a family affair – just one with rather more deodorant than your average household.
From our Hampshire base, we now export to more than 35 countries worldwide, and with 30% year-on-year growth, Cosmoprof is the ideal platform for us to connect with new international partners who share our values of quality, transparency, and doing things properly.
